Malga Bertiaga di dietro is located on the southern slope of Monte Bertiaga. The pasture area extends partially on Monte L\u00e8mpreche and covers Malga Bertiaga davanti too, which has become a hermitage for the Franciscan friars. The marble quarries present in the entire area were partially converted into grazelands. On this malga the pastures need a lot of maintenance due to the spreading of Deschampsia caespitosa (a weed variety) and the presence of wild boars, that cause some damage to the grassy topsoil.
