Thanks to its excellent exposure to the south-west, you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view of this malga on Monte Pasubio and the nearby Trentino reliefs. Surrounded by majestic spruce woods, it is easily accessible and present well-built structures. Its pastures fall within the Poion alpinae subalpine mountain variety and the portion of these lying to the south of the malga is bordered by rocky boulders. Actually this area was once used as a meadow for the production of straw for bulls or as a safe and sheltered area for weak or pregnant livestock. The road network that connects the malgas in the area is used for cross-country skiing in winter. A monument commemorating the spruce tree donated to the Vatican to create the 2019 Christmas Tree in St. Peter\u2019s Square has been placed in the southern area (of the malga).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Malga Trugole is located on the western ridge of Monte Verena, on a slope that declines slightly to the west almost to Cima Cingella, overlooking Val Torra.
