The grazing areas extend between Monte Cucco di Moline and Cima delle Saette, with clearings and sparse sections of pasture, connected to one another by small trails and mule tracks, some of which become Nordic skiing trails during the winter. The pastures are mainly scarce and require frequent interventions to limit the advancement of dwarf pine.<br \/>\nThe many trails that connect the pastures are used for hiking and biking through the typical high elevation environment. During the Great War this area was used for storage and encampments for troops, and today the remains of these are still easily visible. The Fontana degli Alpini &#8211; one of the rare perennial springs in the entire area &#8211; is also nearby.
