Its pastures, easily accessed, are surrounded by spruce woods, significantly damaged by the terrible Vaia storm of 2018. The operations to free the pastures of the fallen timber have been considerable and have partially compromised the surface of the grassy topsoil.<br \/>\nThe road leading to the malga, fundamental for local traffic, connects the Piana di Marcesina to the renowned locality of Campomulo. Until the beginning of autumn, it is used for walks and bicycle excursions, whereas in the winter season it becomes a cross-country skiing track.
