This malga stands at the bottom of the valley with the same name. It develops from north to south, situated between Monte Gusella to the west and Monte Bertiaga to the east.
\nThe malga is located in the plateau area while narrow strips of its pastures enter deeper into the inner portion of the spruce, white fir and beech wood. Its green grasslands are of good quality, even though the outermost areas feel the effect of the shadow of the wood. Some paths inside the wood are used by the livestock to reach the pasture areas, while the path that runs along the main valley was the main road connecting the plain and the heart of the Plateau until the 1950’s. In the summer time the easy access, the pleasantness of the site and the presence of picnic areas along the road that leads to Monte Corno favour recreational tourism.
